What is your shipping policy?

Once you have placed your order nothing can be changed, all sales are final.

We ship worldwide and send everything tracked, we have never had an order go missing! 

Please allow up to 10-25 days UK shipping and 6-8 weeks rest of world. Shipping may vary for preorders but you will be notified through email.

NANACUCU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST INTHE MAIL OR PACKAGES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED

We quality control every item twice before it is shipped.

It is your responsibility to check your order quantity, colours and your postal address before you checkout, as we do not offer returns on any items.

We ship to the details you give us, so double check these before you confirm your order as we cannot change these once the order is submitted. 

NANACUCU reserves the right to cancel any order that is unable to be completed or fulfilled for any reason. In the event of this you will be notified via email and refunded. 

In the unlikely event a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or anything wrong with the info you provide us with, we cannot resend until you pay postage.
